The BCM Awards is a fantastic night and a great celebration of country music in the UKJess Clemmons (Jess and the Bandits)
The British Country Music Awards, now commonly known as the British Country Music Association was established in 2006 by a like-minded group of industry professionals who wanted to recognise the talent and diversity of UK artists in its genre.
Now in its twelfth year, the awards will take place on the 24th November at the impressive Harrogate Convention centre, promising a stellar line-up of the UK’s finest roots inspired artists and bands.
Starting at midday, the afternoon is set to be hosted by Nashville native Beau Fuller, who will introduce some of the UK’s up and coming country music stars as they warm up the crowd for the main event.
The afternoon concludes with a Nashville-style ‘In The Round’ songwriters showcase featuring British Pedal Steel legend Sarah Jory, Irish singer-songwriter Gary Quinn and rising Nashville star Jenn Bostic.
The main evening event and award show, hosted by previous winners Quinn and Bostic, will showcase some of the UK’s greatest and latest shining stars, and along with the usual set of established awards, the BCMA will introduce the new ‘People’s Choice Awards’ categories.
The British Country Music Awards strives to support UK artists at all stages of the career, and with an exceptional line-up and music-filled day, the 2018 award ceremony looks to be the most exciting yet.
The BCMA is a member-funded not for profit organisation, and thanks all of its sponsors for their ongoing support.

If you keep making the music, I will keep playing the songs on the radio and together we can show the world the British country music is something to be reckoned with…Baylen Leonard (On hosting the BCMA’s in 2017)
