Jack & Tim Release New Single ‘Love Ain’t Kind’
Father and son dup Jack & Tim are our Country Release Friday pick this week with MAM Roots. Following on from the release of their stunning five-track debut acoustic EP Long Way Home back in lockdown, and shortly after, the Single Sad Songs the Super Productive duo have returned with new single Love Ain’t Kind which is out now on all platforms.
Talking about Love Ain’t Kind, Tim explains, ” To us … Love Ain’t Kind has a Cool Dirty Southern flavour to it, and was Joy to record. It has huge drums played by Luke Bullen (Brian Ferry, KT Tunstall, Reef ), and thundering bass from Sandy Beales (One direction, JP Cooper, Wheatus). When you throw Jack’s Incredible Slide skills in that pot ( still on 15 years old ) I’m so happy with the result. We hope everyone enjoys it as much as we enjoyed making it and we especially love the surprise Rockin’ Ending! “
Jack & Tim were first seen on Britains Got Talent with their self penned personal song The Lucky Ones.
After becoming one of Simon Cowell’s most memorable “Golden Buzzers”, the father and son songwriting duo went from busking in the streets of Norwich to performing on some of the UK’s most iconic stages, including The London Palladium and The Hammersmith Apollo. A short UK Theatre Tour followed with several International shows from New York to Europe.
Covid Temporarily stopped the Nashville Album from happening yet in Lockdown the productive pair still wrote performed and produced their first 5 track Acoustic E.P Long Way Home, featuring STAND in Support of the BLM movement and Sad Songs following. With an every growing 5 million streams, and over 70k regular Spotify listeners, it’s going to be an exciting time with the Nashville Album being planned for later in 2021.
