EVENT 2 – Quiz Actually
Saturday 30 January – event link here
Now that we’re in another national lockdown it’s only right that there be a virtual quiz on the line-up of events. Join Quiz Actually LIVE on Facebook, YouTube & Twitch!
Useful info…
Prior to the event make sure to like the Quiz Actually Facebook page at @QuizActually so that you get a prompt for when we go live.
No team size limit – use Messenger, WhatsApp, Zoom etc to connect your team together or even play on your own. Teams choose a team captain to record your answers. This is about having people connect with each other again and to have fun. The optional score sheet for this weeks quiz is at tinyurl.com/QAScores
Due to Facebook having a varying streaming lag of up to 40 seconds please do not post your answers on Facebook, instead send them to your team captain. Please leave your posting for general comments and to ask for shout-outs – we love our shout-out connection with you all.
A lot of teams like to watch the quiz on YouTube on their TVs and comment on the Facebook livestream. We have been advised by quizzers that the best visual quality is on Twitch.tv which we also simultaneously broadcast to.
Free Entry – Donations will be encouraged, all money raised will go to support grassroots music venues to keep them open – All questions appear on the screen and are also read out and therefore anyone can participate.
There will be the usual 4 ever-changing rounds for each virtual quiz and we will be taking requests for the categories.
If you are able to donate please kindly send funds to www.paypal.me/MAMRoots
