Kezia Gill works with Grammy Award nominee on a new single- ‘All Of Me’.
‘All Of Me’ is the second installment from Kezia’s much anticipated upcoming EP, due to be released this summer. Following the great success of the title track, ‘The Mess I Made’, which had its first official airplay on BBC Radio 2 by Bob Harris, this latest single offers a more bluesy and soulful sound, showing a beautiful vulnerability to Kezia’s usual edgy and powerful rock chick persona.
In complete contrast to previous singles, this track is purposely stripped back to allow Kezia’s voice to tell you the story of a woman so in love with a great man that she is terrified she could never be enough for him. All she can offer is her whole self, and this humbling message is portrayed through Kezia’s soulful voice and heartfelt storytelling.
This song absolutely needed some blues guitar riffs, and these are skilfully played by Phil Donnelly, whilst Chris Brice’s drumming gives the track the punch it needs to match Kezia’s powerful vocal – showing a vulnerable side we rarely see of her, yet undeniably the passionate delivery expected from this exciting artist.
