The Devil & Me will be the third single from Nick Edwards debut album Troubadour Soul Sinner – and will feature ‘emerging’ UK Country talent Jake O’Neill.
However, Nick & Jake both share similar backgrounds having both shared airtime on ITV talent shows over the years. Jake has had a fantastic few years, having opened for the likes of Canaan Cox, 49 Winchester, and UK’s Twinnie. Jake is currently recording his debut album.
“When Nick came to me with the idea of featuring on ‘The Devil & Me,’ I was completely up for it from the start. Having sent me a short clip of the song, I added my verse and I thought we fit really well together – lyrically and sonically. I really hope everyone enjoys it as much as me and Nick did making it!” – Jake O’Neill
Jake and Nick’s vocals complement each other seamlessly, whilst lyrically and musically providing an emotional and uplifting number. This is one that many will connect with, and will both artists, being ones to watch in 2025!
